A significant amount of valuable clinical time is wasted when an appointment is not attended; time which could otherwise have been allocated for the treatment of other patients.

CANCELLED appointments will not usually incur any charge, even if we are informed on the same day although longer appointments may be chargeable at the discretion of the dentist if cancellation is made at short notice. If it is not possible to keep an appointment please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the appointment time to someone else.

FAILED TO ATTEND private appointments will occur a charge, which needs to be settled before further appointments can be made.

If private appointments are repeatedly failed or cancelled at short notice we may ask for further appointments to be paid for in advance, where the full cost of the time allocated is paid on booking. In these cases the appointment fee would be charged whether or not you are able to attend.

We reserve the right to withdraw future treatment from patients who fail to attend two or more appointments.

When first put forward, the notion of having an implant, I was reluctant as there were no decent alternatives and the best solution to the problem that I had. I had lost a few back teeth over the last few years and I’ve been aware and very conscious of the gaps. I had a plate put in place but it proved to be uncomfortable and cumbersome in the mouth.

Over the last year, I’ve undergone treatment for 2 implants which are now complete. I have had an amazing experience. I’ve been looked after well by Barry and all the staff involved in the process.
